About
Growth systems, not growth hacks
Most "growth" work is a pile of one-off experiments with no compounding effect. I build the underlying system — onboarding, pricing, and activation loops — so that improvements stack instead of resetting every quarter. I've done this in-house at three companies and now split time between advisory work and one fractional product role.

Testimonials
What founders say
"Hannah found the one drop-off point we'd been arguing about for months, in about two weeks. Activation hasn't dipped since."
"The pricing model she built is still exactly what we run on two years later. Rare to get advice that holds up that long."
Right now
Advising two early-stage teams on activation and running a cohort-based course on growth systems each spring.

FAQ
Common questions
Do you take fractional roles or just advisory?
Both — currently one fractional product role plus two advisory engagements at a time.
What stage of company do you work best with?
Seed through Series C, once there's a real activation or retention curve to work with.
How fast can we start?
Usually within two weeks of the intro call, depending on current advisory load.
